Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow have no doubt seen and heard some of the craziest plastic surgery woes, but their newest patient on Botched, Rajee, might just outrank the rest. On April 14's season 2 Botched premiere, Rajee goes to the Beverly Hills surgeons to help reverse shocking damage done to her face — by cement injections!
Coming to the doctors in an effort to remove the nodules from her face and breasts, Rajee explains that she obtained the black market injections (in her cheeks, jawline, and breasts) at something called a "pumping party."
"I'm a transgendered person, and usually when you're transitioning, hormones only do so much. It was word of mouth that someone in the community did the pumping," she admits in a preview from Botched's premiere. "I had seen some girls that had gone to her, and they looked beautiful."

As Nassif explains, the long-term damage Rajee may face as a result of her decision to inject is largely unknown. "Pumping parties are when you go to someone's residence and have whatever it is injected into your body," says the plastic surgeon. "You don't know what you're getting!"
