If you need inspiration for your next date-night outfit, look no further than Kendall Jenner’s closet.

Khaite Bruna Dress
The supermodel debuted the perfect dress for a romantic night out in a recent Instagram post, which showed off her attire in a series of black-and-white snaps. In the photos, she poses on a sofa while exuding Old Hollywood glamour in a magnificent black Khaite dress with slightly ruched off-the-shoulder cuffs. (The piece is currently being sold as part of Jenner’s spring edit for e-commerce site FRWD.)
She accessorized the Khaite dress with an array of equally elegant accoutrements, from her chunky metallic YSL earrings to a large pair of black sunglasses. To cap off the look, she added leather pumps and tied up her raven-black hair in a slicked-back bun.
Jenner frequently reps garments included in her edit for FWRD, which she became creative director of in September 2021. In the past few months alone, she has shown off two different beachy dresses on Instagram, which she wore on a tropical New Year’s Eve trip: a ruffled cream mesh gown with abdominal cutouts from supermodel Elsa Hosk’s fashion brand, Helsa, and a black floral maxi dress designed by Johanna Ortiz—which she styled backwards.
“I grew up loving fashion and have been incredibly fortunate to work with some of the most brilliant people in this business,” Jenner said in a 2022 interview with Harper’s Bazaar about her role as FWRD’s creative director. As for her personal sense of style, she explained, “I’m really drawn to a slightly minimalist, effortless style with a touch of French cool girl. A great pair of jeans and a little tank with some cute accessories and I’m all done. Brand I’m really into are the Row, SimonMiller, Toteme, Bode, and Khaite, to name a few.”
As an associate editor at HarpersBAZAAR.com, Chelsey keeps a finger on the pulse on all things celeb news. She also writes on social movements, connecting with activists leading the fight on workers' rights, climate justice, and more. Offline, she’s probably spending too much time on TikTok, rewatching Emma (the 2020 version, of course), or buying yet another corset.
